Single-pass “white paper factory” printing has never been easier with the Truepress JET 520NX Series, which is available in two models. Without the need to preprint shells, direct mail, commercial and transactional printers can exceed their clients’ expectations with variable data capabilities on uncoated paper. Printing at a resolution of 600 x 900 dpi and at a speed up to 225 meters per minute, the press is designed for maximum uptime and low cost of ownership. Available in straight, L, or dual simplex configurations, the Truepress JET 520NX Series is the ideal machine for the compact pressroom.

The Truepress JET 520NX AD features a footprint that is very close to earlier Truepress JET 520 models. The system is also equipped with an open interface that allows it to link smoothly with a wide variety of postpress systems, including folding and cutting machines. It has never been easier to construct an optimized production environment with the Truepress JET 520NX Series.

The Truepress JET 520NX Series features a five-inch printhead, compact design and the ability to add optional printheads for MICR ink. — The Truepress JET 520NX Series offers higher quality, more stable printing due to a class-leading five-inch printhead that reduces banding. The compact design provides greater registration accuracy. Optional printheads can be installed for MICR ink.

Superior Quality with Five-Inch Printhead Module

The Truepress JET 520NX AD features a class-leading five-inch printhead module. Even at a maximum print speed of 225 meters per minute in full color, this module is able to prevent banding, ensuring highly stable quality levels that are unprecedented for a roll-fed printing system. The gap between printheads has also been cut to just one-eighth of earlier SCREEN systems, providing higher quality and more stable printing. With its larger printhead module, the Truepress JET 520NX Series can deliver more speed when it is needed, while also providing the flexibility to pursue higher quality in demanding jobs. More flexibility means greater ability to take on work from a wider range of fields.

Environmentally Friendly Solutions

Only the printheads required for each set of job specifications are used, significantly reducing ink consumption and extending the life of the heads. Our newly developed pigment inks provide improved black density and more vibrant images. They hold up in rough weather and resist abrasion with minimal bleeding. Their containers are easily disposed of and are highly recyclable. Compared to polyethylene tanks, these containers cut the space required for disposal by more than 85 percent.
