SCREEN Americas will sponsor the Variable Data Print & Mail Summit, a virtual conference and online trade convention hosted by the Association for Print Technologies. The event is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. ET April 14, 2021 and is expected to last until 3:00 p.m.
The summit’s agenda will focus on direct mail trends in 2021 and will consist of several sessions covering topics that include communicating in a changing world and addressing different generations, investing in the appropriate software for your business, improving personalization, best practices for direct mail and strategies to pinpoint your niche in the marketplace.
With an uprise in concern over privacy and phishing scams, print industry experts foresee a rise in direct marketing via print products. “Print is often considered the safer message to respond to,” said Mark Schlimme, vice president of marketing for SCREEN Americas. “Individuals today are deluged with emails, some of which are fraudulent. We’re looking forward to being a sponsor for a summit that not only addresses these concerns but will educate marketers on the value of variable data printing and how personalized direct mail can generate response.”
SCREEN Americas plans to showcase the benefits of its high-speed color inkjet presses in its virtual booth including the Truepress Jet520HD, Truepress Jet520NX and Truepress Jet520ZZ. Hyperlinks to videos of the technology in action as well as to testimonials from SCREEN Americas’ customers will be made available for attendees. A six-person sales staff from SCREEN Americas will monitor the booth throughout the day and be made available via an email hyperlink to answer attendees’ questions.
Registration to the event is open and interested parties may visit: https://vdpmsummit.vfairs.com/
